Every order is individually packed, checked and despatched by road carrier.
Foam cushions without fitted covers are despatched within 14 days.
Upholstery items are despatched within 7 days.
Dunlopillo Pillows are available on Next Day Despatch.
Cushions with fitted covers are despatched within 21 days.
Mattresses are despatched within 21 days.
Latex loose filled scatter cushion are despatched within 14 days.
All phone calls during office hours will be answered promptly by a member of staff and should you choose to leave a message out of hours we will return your call.
Our terms are payment with order, you can pay by Cheque (made payable to Foam For Comfort Ltd.), Cash, Postal orders or by Visa / Mastercard (credit card accounts will be charged at the time the order is placed).
All orders are acknowledged by post.
All work is completed to meet standards set by the Guild of master craftsmen.
All goods are manufactured to your individual requirements, therefore orders cannot be cancelled and for reasons of hygiene (we believe customers do not appreciate re-packaged products) goods cannot be exchanged or returned with the exception of goods being defective. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.
