Answer: Yes absolutely. Traditional talalay latex is actually no longer supplied by Dunlopillo and therefore only available from specialist suppliers such as Foam for Comfort.
Question: What is the difference between the foam ranges?
Answer: We provide V38 Just Foam, Classic Foam, Superior Foam and Traditional Latex.
- The V38 Just Foam is a general purpose foam suitable for most sofas and chairs.
- The Classic Foam is also a general purpose foam suitable for everyday use and is available in medium and firm comfort options.
- The Superior Foam range is our premier grade contract quality foam offering our widest range of comfort options.
- Traditional Latex is the most comfortable and durable option. It is expensive, but it a long term investment option.
Question: How to choose the correct density of foam without sitting on it first?
Answer: We can advise via a telephone conversation but it will help if you can have the cushion size available, including the thickness and to let us know the base type tat the cushion will be placed on and also what the current cushion filling is. We will then be able to take some details from you to determine what comfort levels you are wanting to achieve and then advise.
Question: What is the difference between foam and latex?
Answer: Latex is a rubber based product that provides greater bounce, comfort and a luxurious feel. It also has a longer lifespan. Foam comes in various options and provides differing comfort levels and densities. Foam is a cost effective solution if you don’t want to invest in the Latex.
Question: Which foam is suitable for a bed wedge to rise a mattress?
Answer: Superior Extra Firm Foam can assist in achieving the desired result of providing raised support for bed mattresses. This foam is the most firm and supportive foam available to best achieve the desired result.
