1 - Remove your cushion covers. If zips are not fitted the covers will most likely have been hand sewn on one of the back seams. This is where you should open them. DO NOT cut any machine stitching or remove any buttons without first asking our advice.
2 - Fill in the quote form with your name and address and enclose this with your covers. Please pack carefully. If you do not have appropriate packing available we can supply strong self-seal polythene mail order bags on request (simply phone our Advice line or click "order now").
3 - WE WILL THEN: Send you a written quotation by return, offering a choice of various foams and Dunlopillo Latex which will include the cost of stockinette undercovers, labour and insurance.
4 - Confirm which of our products you require (by telephone or letter). Your newly filled covers will then be despatched by carrier within 21 days. Parcels must be signed for. Your cushions and covers will be insured against loss or damage, however we can only be responsible for the value of the cushions and covers.
